Lisa Clarke
Lisa has always been passionate about stories. Having studied theatre direction at Central School of Speech and Drama, she went on to win the highly sought after Carlton/Donmar Traineeship and spent a year as assistant director to Sam Mendes. Lisa directed a number of successful theatre productions before making the crossover from stage to screen. Her first short film, Heard, starring Louise Brealey (Sherlock, Ripper Street) and Ferdinand Kingsley (Victoria) was selected for a number of BAFTA recognised festivals. Lisa has been selected to be part of the BAFTA Elevate scheme which champions talented female directors.
