Jessica Schulte
Jessica began acting as a young child in theater and local television commercials. Continuing into high school and garnering several Illinois High School Association (ISHA) awards throughout her teens for her performances. A graduate of the University of Illinois, she is a classically trained Shakespearean actor. Her first love being theater, she moved to Chicago after college where she immediately began working regularly with Chicago's top theatre companies such as Prop Theater, Chicago Dramatists, Illinois Reparatory, First Folio Shakespeare, Armory Free Theater, Harvest Moon/Bailiwick Repertory and Victory Gardens to name a few. After being cast in a role in the feature film The Human Stain (2003), she moved on to Los Angeles 2002, but not before spending several months behind the scenes to learn everything she could about the production end of film making. Shortly after her arrival in Los Angeles she was cast in the feature film Wicker Park (2004) and continued to book commercial and television work. Her skills are limitless and her desire for knowledge endless. She is a professional artist and writer/screenwriter, having completed a screenplay and is currently working on a novel. As well, she trains in film editing and has directed short films headed for the festival curcuit. Her hobbies include reading, tutoring children and volunteering with homeless shelters and foodbanks.
