Mary Mallen
Mary Mallen is a classically trained actor and singer from Boston, Massachusetts. At the age of 18, Mary became one of the youngest Americans to be admitted to the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree (with Honors) in Acting. While at RADA, Mary appeared in numerous theatrical productions, including A Lie of The Mind (dir. Tim Luscombe), Company (dir. Edward Kemp), and The Man of Mode (dir. William Gaskell). After graduating, Mary spent a year at the Royal National Theater, performing in Conor McPherson's original production of The Veil. In 2013, Mary moved to New York to perform in Irish Repertory Theater's productions of Donnybrook! and Juno and the Paycock, in which Mary gave "the standout performance" (Charles Isherwood / NY Times). Mary's latest work includes writer-director Kenneth Lonergan's film Manchester by the Sea, which premiered at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival to rave reviews. It is scheduled for a theatrical release in November 2016.
Mary is also an accomplished horseback rider. She currently resides in New York City.
