William Sterchi
William is an award-winning actor best known for Hell or High Water, Crazy Heart and Breaking Bad. Born and raised in New Mexico, he started acting at 8 years of age in a local library production of a play about Mozart. He was originally cast as Mozart's father, but at first rehearsal the director realized he was shorter than the boy playing Mozart, so the roles were switched and William was now the lead! He's been hooked on acting ever since. He attended the University of New Mexico on a theatre scholarship and later studied film acting in Los Angeles, mainly with Charles Conrad who was one of Sanford Meisner's primary teaching assistants. He's enjoyed acting alongside 7 Oscar winners and 7 Emmy winners along with many of the top creators of film, television and theatre in New Mexico. Also a successful stage actor, he's appeared in over 45 productions in his home state.
