Indiana Sifuentes
Indiana Sifuentes is a Mexican-born American actor/choreographer who began his career as a classically trained Ballet, Folklorico and Flamenco dancer. Indiana's mentors include Rosa Guerrero (CINE Golden Eagle Award), Hector Serrano (Artistic Director of VIVA El Paso!) and Neil Hess (Artistic Director of TEXAS Musical Drama and Founder of Lone Star Ballet) who studied choreography under the great George Balanchine and mentored Indiana in the same discipline. Indiana studied American Ballet and Theatre at West Texas A&M University under Neil Hess, where he earned a BFA (Ballet, Cum Laude) and MA (Dance/Public Speaking). He has appeared as a Principal/Soloist Dancer/Actor with the Lone Star Ballet, VIVA El Paso!, TEXAS Musical Drama, Rio Grande Ballet and several stage shows in Las Vegas, NV. Indiana utilizes his experience as a Ballet Dancer, Oil Field Roughneck, Working Cowboy, Real Estate Special Agent, Master Bartender, Choreographer and Amateur Pugilist to give personality and character to the roles he plays on TV. As a Mexican-American he brings a unique perspective and cultural understanding to his performances. He reads, writes, and speaks fluent Spanish and is often called upon for his colorful Mexican, Cowboy, and Southern accents.
