Phillip Penza
Phillip Penza was born in Brooklyn, New York. Raised during the 60's and 70's he learned early in life that racism and hatred were very prominent and he had to either fight or run almost every day. Through patience and perseverance, he went to the military, to college, became a professional athlete and went on to become a successful entrepreneur.
After spending time in Europe during his military career, he moved to Cedar Rapids, Iowa where he attended the University of Iowa. From there he moved to Lake Charles, Louisiana where he attended McNeese State University. After graduating, Phillip moved west and decided to make Arizona his home.
He is a published author, an accomplished motivational speaker and consults worldwide helping both individuals and companies of all sizes reach the next level. He also holds a patent for the first "docking station".
Phillip's passion and ability to create a clear vision of truth is evident in his raw storytelling. He feels honored and fortunate to have the support of Emmy Award winner, 3-time Emmy nominee and 4 time Golden Globe nominee David A. Rosemont, Golden Reel Award winner and two-time nominee Brian Bulman, and student Academy Award nominee Leo Wong.
Phillip created Little Books Little Films, LLC to help the "Nobodies" of the industry. Little Books Little Films is dedicated to helping those with dreams, a vision, the desire, the patience, the perseverance and the belief in themselves to achieve the unachievable. Phillip has been involved in the film and media industry for over 10 years and has had the opportunity to host his own health and nutrition segments on ABC. Since that time he has written and directed several feature films and TV series. He is the proud father of three and spends most of his time on the west coast.
