Cristina Rambaldi

Cristina Rambaldi is an Italian-American actress, writer, and producer. She studied modern dance at the National Academy of Dance in Rome and completed the renowned acting conservatory program at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York, studying with some of the most prominent coaches and teachers in the industry. Her screen credits include: the co-lead role in the award-winning indie drama "Show Me What You Got" ( Produced by AACTA award-winner Philip Noyce, and directed by Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences member Svetlana Cvetko), "Yours Sincerely, Lois Weber" (playing opposite César winner Anne Brochet), the experimental project "Distant Vision" (directed by Francis Ford Coppola), "Unforgettable" (CBS, directed by Academy Award winner Peter Werner), and "Distretto di Polizia" (Canale 5). Cristina has also performed on stages both in New York and in Los Angeles. Favorite credits include the lead role in Marta Mondelli's "The Window" (at the historical Cherry Lane Theater, NY), Barry Gifford's "Do The Blind Dream" (Access Theater, NY), Patrick Marber's "Closer" (Hollywood Fringe Festival), John Patrick Shanley's "The French Waitress" (LAByrinth Theater Company, NY), and Stephen Adly Guirgis' "The Motherfucker With The Hat" ( Stella Adler Studio of Acting, NY). Cristina is known for her bold explorations of the wilder and more unconventional feminine archetypes, and for developing beautifully nuanced and critically-acclaimed characters. As a writer and producer, Cristina has several projects in development both in the US and in Europe.
