Carl Palmer
Carl Palmer is a seasoned actor. He is not a lawyer. He was a History and Political Science major in his last semester at Louisiana State University, very intent on going to Law School. Then he got the last slot available for an Acting class and the acting bug bit. So long, law school. Hello, decades as a working actor.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude from LSU, Carl then went on to get a Masters of Fine Arts degree from Cal Arts. Having lived in New York for many years, he's also spent some time in L.A., but now resides primarily in New Orleans. In addition to a slew of Film and TV roles, Carl is a veteran of over 50 Off-Broadway and major regional theatre productions.
Carl's autobiographical one-man show, A Loss For Words, centers around his search for his birth-parents. It tells his story of growing up adopted in a small factory town outside of New Orleans, intertwined with the tale of his birth-parents' romance as told through the actual letters they wrote to each other before, during and after the pregnancy. However, the play is actually about what happened after the search...
