Zsané Jhé (pronounced ZHAH-nay JAY) is an American writer, poet, and actress originally from East St. Louis, Illinois. She graduated from high school in Louisviile, KY and attended North Carolina A&T State University, where she majored in Civil Engineering. While in college, she wrote and performed in a spoken word troupe. Soon after graduation, Jhe' began to shift her career in the direction of her dreams.
