Natalie Martins
Natalie Martins is a British actress who has played leading roles in feature films that have aired on Amazon, Sky & Netflix.
Her acting career began soon after she graduated with her BA (Hons) Drama with Creative Writing degree in 2011. The following year Natalie was cast in her first leading role in independent feature film 'Miracle Grow'. The film landed her the Best Actress award at the London Independent Film Festival 2013 which is where things started to gain momentum for her. Natalie continued to play female lead roles in a further seven feature films including 'Cruel Summer' where she starred alongside Emmerdale's Danny Miller and Waterloo Road's Reece Douglas.
Natalie has also worked on a number of short films throughout her career that have also had some great success. In 2017, Natalie played the female lead role in winning Sci-Fi London 48 Hour Film Challenge entry 'Missing Edge'. The same year 'The Corpse Series', of which Natalie also starred, was nominated for a BAFTA Cymru 'Best Short Film' award. The following year, short film 'Love is a Gift', which Natalie played the emotive voice over role of 'Mum', went viral, racking up over 10,000,000+ views online. As a result, Natalie and the filmmaking team were invited to go onto ITV's This Morning with Phillip Schofield and Rochelle Humes to talk about the project.
