Benjamin Schnau
Benjamin Schnau is an actor, TV-host, producer and book author of the book 'The Reality of Hollywood', fluent in English and German plus conversational French, known for his critical role in Netflix production 'Mank' alongside Gary Oldman, in 'The current war' alongside Michael Shannon and 'Megastructures' produced by NatGeo available on Netflix. On top of that he is a TV-host for a variety of broadcast networks and hosted the red carpet of the American Heart Association in Los Angeles.
At the age of 19 he joined the band 'Spectacoolair' which toured around Europe and established himself as a singer/songwriter throughout the years. He wrote the song "Anything else' which was number one on the Viralcharts in 2018. He is a professionally trained boxer and experienced in stage and weapon combats. Beside his acting career Benjamin is also producing and directing his own film projects. He won the award for 'Best actor' for his role of Leon in the movie 'Against All Odds' at the Oniros Film Awards 2019 and New York International Film Awards 2020 and also 'Best Supporting Actor of the Year' at the Top Shorts Film Festival 2020 for his role of Gunther Wolfgang in the movie 'The little picture'. In 2021 he will be starring as Leo Barnes in the upcoming movie 'The purge: Survival' an adaption of the successful blockbuster movie 'The first purge' in 2018.
