Carla Sehn
Carla Sehn is a Swedish actress, born to Polish parents. She is particularly known for her leading role in the Svt-series Sjukt and for her role as Caroline in the Netflix-series Love & Anarchy. Furthermore, she stars in the Netflix series Anxious People and the SF-movie Sagan om Karl-Bertil Jonssons Julafton.
Carla studied at Stockholm Academy of Dramatic Arts (2016-2019), during which she was awarded Best actress at the Stockholm Short Film Festival for her lead role in the film Half Brother. Since graduating she has been seen in several movies, TV-series and theatre productions.
Prior to drama school, Carla studied classical music for ten years (piano) at Lilla Akademin. During high school she was awarded a stipend and so became an Assist-scholar studying one year at Phillips Exeter Academy. There she got the lead 'Billy' in the senior play 'The Cripple of Inishmaan' by Martin McDonagh.
Before enrolling at drama school, Carla studied at Stockholm Business School and the psychology program at University of Exeter (UK).
Carla is trilingual, having grown up and studied across three continents. She has stated that Gena Rowlands performance in 'A Woman Under the Influence' has been one of the reasons for deciding to work with acting.
